Or maybe, have you copied/pasted a piece of a measure which contained the sound change? May be this caused duplicating the sound change which would be a reason for (a).

The fix is included in 3.0.6-164. The correction was really tricky. The payback cursor steps from quarter to quarter note. Any arbitrary definition of ticks is mapped to the nearest quarter tick....
